Q. Who are you guys?
We are a New Jersey based McFarlane Sports Picks distributor. We buy in bulk to give you th best hobby prices available on the internet.
Q. Once I buy figures from you, how does it get to me?
We ship most of our products vis USPS Priority mail. From the time you order your product until we ship it usually takes less than 48 business hours. For larger orders, or full case orders we generally use UPS and your order will ship just as fast and securely.
Q. How do I know my purchase is secure?
Our website uses the latest security and encryption methods to make sure your data is safe at all times. We process all credit cards through Authorize.net and proudly use the Cart 2.0 e-commerce solution as our shopping cart provider.
Q. What pictures do you use on your web site?
We have an in-house photography department that actually opens up the cases of the products we sell and take pictures of the actual items you receive. Moreover, the pictures we take are not "Photoshopped" in any way, shape, or form. For most of our Chase and Super Chase products, as indicated in the description, the picture taken is of the actual product you will recieve. This way there are no surprises when you recieve your items.
Q. In what condition will my product arrive?
All of our toys are brand new and taken from the McFarlane factory boxes. For products with cardboard packaging, some of the cases have light scratches on the packaging, but nothing serious. This is an unfortunate side-effect of McFarlane using cardboard packaging. Beginning in 2010, McFarlane will be returning to clamshell packaging which will eliminate some of these problems. Rest assured, if an item is severely damaged when we recieve it, we wont sell it to you.

Q. Do you accept returns?
If you are unhappy with a purchase, Toy Sports Figures will accept any unopened package, returned in the same condition you received it. To initiate a return please contact us to receive an RMA number. All returns must be receivedno later than 14days after you receive your item and must have an RMA number.
